Your information, including your e-mail ID, will never be sold to an outside organization.

In the normal context of our doing business together you will likely receive an invitation to join Linkedin.com®.  If you attend an event, and you let me know you were "Wow'ed!"you will likely be sent you a request for a Linkedin.com® recommendation. Linkedin.com® is a professional networking site, with millions of members. 

If you reach out as a customer, potential customer, member of the staff, or officer, etc. in the context of one of the organization I may "CC:" or "TO:" your correspondence with members of the organization that you reached me through that I believe can further help you.

If you are sent the news letter "Nice News," you can easily opt out just by asking the sender.  The communication will also be sent via "BCC:" to protect your privacy.

Unless specifically stated above to the contrary, it will take a court order to enable sharing of your personal information outside the company.
